After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If you wish to return the item, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
2. Time Frame for Cancellations
You have up to 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation. After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of the order, as processing and shipping may have already begun.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request the cancellation of your order, please follow these steps:

Non-Approved Cancellations: If the cancellation request is made after the order has been processed or shipped, the order will no longer be eligible for cancellation. You will need to follow the Return & Exchange Policy to return or exchange the item.
5. Special Circumstances
In certain cases, such as if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange.
