Onewrld Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1 business week from the date of purchase. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packing.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping, with delivery times based on your location. Estimated delivery time is typically 5–7 business days once the order has been shipped.

  • Expedited Shipping: If available, expedited shipping can be selected at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and delivery speed.

3. International Shipping

  • At this time, Onewrld offers domestic shipping only. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international destinations in the future.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipment notification.

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or logistical issues. Please allow extra time for delivery in these cases.

6. Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Missing or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the item(s). We will resolve the issue by offering a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.
