At Onewrld, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Window
- Items are eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted.
- All returns are subject to approval at our sole discretion and governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Onewrld’s primary business operations (USA)
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Original tags must be attached, and items must be returned in the original packaging (if possible).
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when returning items to us. We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact.onewrld@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
- We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
